The Nightcruiser Booking Crew has started to prepare a Microbrewery Guide in and around Adelaide which will assist you to get to know some of the places you might wish to visit.

A microbrewery or craft brewery is a brewery that produces small amounts of beer (or sometimes root or ginger beer), typically much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries, and is independently owned.

Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on quality, flavour and brewing technique.

A brewpub is a pub that brews its own beer for sale on the premises.

South Australia has a great selection of Micro Breweries  and it is great to incorporate some of these breweries into your brewery tours.
You many already have visited Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and the Fleurieu or the Barossa. Now for someting different in and around Adelaide. If you keep the schedule a mystery then your guests will enjoy discovering new breweries they have not been to before.

All of the Craft and Micro Brewers charge a taste fee for groups to visit and as the weekends are extremely busy you will be required to book your group in and pay deposits at some of the venues to secure a time slot for your group to visit.
