VENUES CAIRNS

Cairns Entertainment precinct is mainly along Spence Street, which runs perpendicular to the Esplanade, towards the southern end.
Everything to cocktail bars to pubs, clubs and nightclubs can be found by the waterfront and the CBD
This part of town is popular with backpackers, and the atmosphere here can be somewhat ‘wilder’ than other parts of town.
But there are so many bars crammed into this area that there is something for everyone.
Guaranteed, the morning sun will rise before you’ve had a chance to visit every bar on this street.

The local population of Cairns city is relatively small, but thanks to the tourists who flock to these friendly shores every year creates a buzzing and dizzying nightlife that would normally only be found in the major cities.
