The Nightcruiser Booking Crew have created this FAQ page and they hope it will asssist you. Call anytime and you’ll get all the answers quickly over the phone. We are also here to provide you with suggetions for your Party Tour and or Transport.
1. HOW LONG HAVE NIGHTCRUISERS BEEN OPERATING?
It was started by entrepreneur Roland Ott in 1994 with 1 Party Bus and progressed into a fleet of over 20. He created and developed all tours and transport services. Today Nightcruiser boasts as having the biggest range of of party Tours selection in Australia.
2. CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL ON A NIGHTCRUISER PARTY BUS TOUR OR TRANPORT?
It depends of where you are located. This is usually stated in your tentative or booking email as the Law differs from State to State and Territory.
3. CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC?
Yes! Most of the vehicles have either Bluetooth or USB/Mini Jack/AUX Cord connections allowing you to play your own music from your device or Stream.
4. WHEN IS IT BEST TO BOOK A PARTY BUS – TOUR OR TRANSPORT?
Book a tentative as soon as you can once you have the date as that will give you the chance to modify it and consult with your Guests and we will fine tune it with you later, but not miss out for your date and time.
Sometimes we book Weddings up to 18 month in advance. Consider booking your Hens Party, Bucks Party and Wedding Transport at the same time or asap.
Wine Tours are also popular and it is important to do a tentative booking as soon as you know what you wish to do or seek assistance from us.
Festival Transport should be booked the moment the Festival is announced and we always book out quickly for prefered bus size and pick up time slots.
5. WHY DO AN ONLINE ENQUIRY FOR A PARTY BUS?
They are allocated to the Booking Crew member in your area.
They will have all your details then.
It allows the booking crew to prepare for it and then assist and also make suggetions.
We only use the data information to assist you and your email address to communicate with you and never share it.

6. CAN WE BOOK OUR OWN VENUES FOR A PARTY BUS TOUR?
Yes and we encourage you to book your own venues and prepare a schedule. The Booking Crew are happy to assist.
Especially important regarding venues due to COVID 19 restrictions and health regulations in your area.
However in certain areas we do assist with scheduling and recommended tour.
7. HOW LONG WILL I BOOK A PARTY BUS FOR?
Remember that you are charged on a time basis.
We will guide you.
Day Tours e.g Wine Tours normally commence at 11 am and finish at 5 pm
Night Tours usally are booking from 7 pm or 8 pm till 11 pm or 12 midnight
8. WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR A PARTY BUS TOUR?
Each State, City & Town we service have their own Terms and Conditions as well as a Code of Conduct. Links to these pages are included in your tentative or booking email.
It is important to convey these condtions to your Guests and that way you will not loose your security bond.
9. HOW MUCH FOR A PARTY BUS OR TRANPORT
Why can’t I see any prices on the website and how much does a Party Bus costs?
This depended on a number of things.
1. Size of vehilce required,
2. Number of Guests,
3. Time of service,
4. Day of the week,
5. Length of time you are seeking,
6. Schedule time table – distance & time involved.
10. DEPOSIT & BOND PAYMENTS
It is important that once you receive your tentaitve booking email that you pay your desposit & bond as soon as possible.
It is always on a “First come – first service basis”. Due to the demand acoss Australia, Operations can not hold a tentative for long.
Once your deposit is received we then turn your tentative booking into a confirmed booking and it will state in your booking email what you need to do next.
11. HOW CAN I KEEP THE COSTS DOWN WHEN HIRING A PARTY BUS
There are various ways.
1. Number of Guests – the more Guests you invide the more people you have that can contribute.
1.2 Once you have a tentative booking work out how much per head or how much you wish them to contribute.
1.3 If you collect in advance then you have no shortfall of those that do not turn up.
2. Keep your schedule to a mimimum
3. Pick up from a Venue where everyone meets instead of a residence and there maybe for drinks and a meal as well before the vehicles arives, saves time as bus not required.
12. LIMO BUS or LIMOUSINE
Yes we do book Limo Buses and Limousines.
Limo Buses usually will seat between 12 – 24 people larger that the normal Limousine.
They have most of the interior features of a Limousine.
There is a wide choice of vehicles and it depends where you are located.
